Why is the non-toxic DGEL Molecular Bond Lamination System™ so much stronger?

Generic braid utilizes adhesive to turn short carbon fibers into longer strands. This adhesive, known as “sizing”, interferes with the bonding of the resin with your generic braid’s carbon fibers. The fibers of DGEL Graph-Lite Braid™ are naturally long. No adhesive is required to make longer strands. Without adhesive in the way, DGEL Resin™ forms a much stronger molecular bond with DGEL Graph-Lite Braid. Lay-up example:

A socket for a 220lb K2 BK Amputee requires just 2-layers of DGEL Graph-Lite Braid and only weighs approximately 216 grams.
