The Sure Stance Knee’s Stumble Control™ feature locks flexion under load from 0 to 35°. Extension remains unlocked allowing the user to smoothly regain balance. Stance Control sensitivity is controlled via a precision adjustment.

At mid swing-phase, Leg Length is shortened providing increased toe-ground clearance. This drastically reduces both the chance of tripping as well as daily energy consumption.
The Sure Stance’s 4-Bar Leg Length Shortening also eliminates the need to shorten the pylon excessively to reduce the chance of tripping. Correct Leg Length promotes smoother gait and preserves lower back function long-term.
High resistance Pneumatic “Hydraulic-Like” dampening provides more precise control of heel rise and extension dampening.
